      Play army one weekend a month and two weeks a year.

      -Extra money each month. -Fairly cheap healthcare available.

      Cons

      -Not very professional (coming from active duty). -Lack of funding for quality equipment and training. -High number of arrogant people with rank who have little real experience and are not very committed. -Large amounts of time wasted on doing nothing. -Working with people who aren't even dedicated or tought enough to handle working in the rain even though they will be able to change clothes and go home in a couple of hours, need to toughen up, this is supposed to be an army.
