      Varied work environment, great pay and benefits package, great organization to work for with a good cause.

      Long hours, biased treatment of employees, weeks/months away from home, lack of compassion in management

      Met lots of crazy people; had plenty of good times; traveled; loads of funny things happened to make up for the lousy times

      Cons

      Dont rely on higher-ups if you have a situation which you cannot handle by yourself. You will get plenty of advice, but dont look for anyone to stick there neck out. Good hiding place for lazy people.
