Fully remote Good pay and benefits 6 month reviews - opportunity for exponential career growth Open rein to try new things, new processes, and build so long as you have the A/B test data to backup your plan(s) and you own outcomes.

Cons

Two formal layoffs in 2023, hurt trust and culture. Struggles with ongoing voluntary attrition and poorly calibrated hiring process to backfill. Some are doing the work of 2-3 people, capacity is limited. No structure or general delegation of authority beyond the CEO. Conflicting environment, ostensibly trying to grow and scale to enterprise readiness while simultaneously accepting that a lack of structure will persist. Difficult to know who to trust.

Benefits and salary were decent to begin with; since then no adjustment to inflation/yearly raises is considered

1. Highly mismanaged - executive leadership is a joke/battle of egos 2. Non-existing/Poor work culture 3. Quarterly layoffs
