Some nice coworker Decent benefits Weekly pay Remote work, great system provided.

Cons

Leadership at the top level is totally clueless. They are self serving people. Points finger at you on the first opportunity. Lot of Flaws in the database, no proper prioritization. CEO believe he can randomly layoff people and hire new people to get the project running in 5 days. People managers are so horrible, Ex-CPO blasts the organization on LinkedIn. People management fakes about culture change when the CEO is the biggest problem. Hope someday the board fires the CEO and bring a qualified CEO.

I have worked at several dysfunctional startups but never knew actual incompetence until I joined Array. The CEO is unethical and openly degrades employees in their presence and afterward to other employees. I have encountered some terrible founders and leadership at other startups, but Martin is truly next level.

They blamed you for everything when let you go but the real reason is they have to downsize for budget or some finaical issue. The They assigned blame to you when they terminated your employment, but it appears the true reason was downsizing due to budgetary or financial constraints. Throughout the weekly one-on-one performance check meetings, the manager consistently acknowledged your positive performance without raising any concerns. However, on one occasion, the manager conveyed opposing views. When questioned about this discrepancy and asked why performance issues were not mentioned during the weekly reviews, they were unable to provide a clear response.
