Pros

Pretty good benefits package, with PTO, sick time, 401k, and really good healthcare. Remote-first work.

Cons

This company does not care for or consider people. Layoffs are regular and delivered in a callous, thoughtless way. Communication is insulting and is all about how strong the business is, while simultaneously laying off dozens of well-performing employees. Culture is terrible and management has no trust.

It's Remote and you get a cool laptop

Cons

- They overhired so they laid off teams as soon as the product they were developing were done. - Little to no guidance - Managers are paid the same as SWE's - Don't believe me? Look at how many sales they hired versus the amount of engineers laid off, it's around the same rate/time.
