They make themselves available and are happy to help wherever they can.

-very ambiguous, if you need direct hand-holding, this is not the place, this company is more built for seasoned vets. -very high expectations for individuals. If they don't think you are a fit, they will move on quickly -Pace of innovation is so high it can be hard to keep up. -Onboarding is sink or swim; there is little direction on anything
