- Full remote - Company has real potential - Work is engaging and never monotonous. - Despite having specific responsibilities, I have opportunities to contribute to other areas. - Competitive healthcare, retirement, and other perks. - Competitive compensation - I have the freedom to make decisions and drive impact. - ELT regularly holds all-hands meetings and shares company updates at an appropriate level. - My team’s leadership fosters collaboration and maintains a positive environment.

Cons

- Not necessarily a bad thing, but only self-starters will succeed here - Onboarding & product training can be vague and minimal for some teams - We run very lean so many team members are overloaded with multiple high priority projects - Culture and morale need some help due to multiple rounds of downsizing over the past couple of years
