Pros

None, Array is a sinking ship

Cons

I was recently onboarded into the role after a month-long interview process, which was both in-person and online, and then received the offer and was hired. We were assigned exercises to complete to show our understanding and breadth of knowledge before getting on phones. I did my due diligence to prepare, and after 29 days in my seat, I was suddenly brought into a meeting and fired on the spot with zero warning due to my pitch exercise not meeting their standards. I had no prior understanding that as a salesperson, you're essentially put on a PIP from day 1 of joining the organization. They give you a 30-60-90 day plan, which they frame as an opportunity to get feedback on where you can improve as a rep, but what that really is is justification to fire you at will for not meeting their standards. They don't care about their employees and lie to your face throughout the process. AVOID

Pros

1. Work with incredibly smart, talented people driven to achieve some impressive goals 2. See your work make a direct impact 3. Trust in your leadership team; you get a lot of visibility in all-company meetings, and work directly with executives 4. Summer Fridays give you a chance to work hard and play hard 5. Benefits like unlimited PTO and 14 paid holidays help you recharge and feel comfortable taking time you need to be successful and happy

Cons

1. There's a lot of ambiguity in your role and you need to navigate complex situations - this can definitely be a pro if you like working this way (I do) 2. Because everyone is really busy/heads down, this isn't as much of a "playful" work culture. It leans towards more diligent and professional

Pros

Learn new things every day through diverse challenges and projects Ample opportunities for collaboration and ownership Autonomy to work in a way that suits individual strengths and preferences Encouraged to share ideas and contribute to improvements Clear connection between day-to-day work and broader company goals Work feels meaningful and impactful

Cons

Note: These points are communicated transparently during the interview process, so they are not unexpected. The environment can feel high-pressure at times, with significant oversight Employees are often expected to navigate ambiguity and find their own way
