      Culture, expectations, upper management being completely disconnected from the sales floor. Commissions have dropped every year for the past 3 years.

      Gaslighting. Manipulation. Lip service to mental health, inclusion, etc. Occasional food, but its often late.

      Toxic sales environment bleeds over everywhere. High expectation for you to burn yourself out so execs & investors can make more money off their pyramid scheme.
