Working at Arrive was a good entrance into the work force. They are invested in the happiness/ quality of life of the operations team/ (most) employees at large and it shows.

Cons

It seems that most will not find long-term growth at Arrive. Shortly after my departure. A large portion of employees from my former department were laid off. I could smell it coming.
