- decent work environment - good perks at work including free lunch on Friday - lower management seems to care about your growth and well being

Cons

- constantly changing standards - overworked and underpaid - management clearly chooses favorites that they want to "fast-track" through - promotions and raises seem to have no rhyme or reason to them - questionable promotion of employees

Used to be fairly easy to make a decent income right out of college, not anymore. If you are a new rep I wouldn’t waste my time.

Cons

Only chance of succeeding here is getting accounts passed down to you from other reps that have quit/been fired. Frat bro hustle culture. If you are down to play the game, you might make it.
