Pros

Arrive offers its people a real opportunity to grow their skills and make money. The people I work with are smart and push themselves. No company is perfect, this has been a challenging time for everyone but I do see management trying it's best to keep everyone safe, communicate regularly, and provide us a clear path for growth. I like that they use PeakOn to get a ton of feedback on I feel about a variety of issues.

Cons

It is a tough industry and a very tough time to be working in general. The expectations at Arrive are high and sometimes the workload can be overwhelming.
