Everyone for themselves, not even the company, it's everyone working for the same goal rather personally rather than all working collectively towards the same goal.

Good Atmosphere, free lunch on Monday & Friday's, Good health insurance, free coffee

Cons

Hard to move vertically, Compensation structure was just slashed on commission, took away 1 remote day a week to 5 days in office. Insane amount of sales people. Great place to get your foot in the door, but the days of bagging whales is over here. New reps are restricted to focusing on small accounts
