Pretty sexist and racist in office. It’s like unless you fully document it to HR, no one else will do something about it. Managers stay silent, and laugh at the jokes. Sucks when your manager is the one making them!

On site coffee and snacks. Lunch provided on 2 /5 days a week. Team outings. Decent salary. Paid training.

Cons

Unprofessional work environment. Management is not good and very selfish. Good boys club. Never enough work done for what they pay.
