AVOID - your mental health will go down the drain

You'll meet some cool people but you'll mostly bond over the BS you deal with daily

Cons

Terrible management, you literally share a table with all of your coworkers and manager. Managers have zero trust in their employees and have eyes on them at all times unless you're a favorite. My manager would constantly be walking over and monitoring what I would be doing. They also monitor your clicks and how many calls you make. Also they changed the pay structure a few months into the job but made it seem like it would be beneficial for us - didn't buy it for one bit. Just avoid this place I wish I never started working here and quit a lot sooner. If you don't care about your well-being and enjoy the toxic hustle culture then you'll love it here. But don't forget you are just another cog in the machine here and easily replaceable, they'll work you until theres nothing left.

Too many brokers not following SOP's and ruining good lanes for the brokers that are.

Read the recent reviews for insight into what Arrive has become. You are a number - get with it or get out is their new outlook. The work/life balance is non existent, good luck stepping out to lunch or taking a vacation without monitoring your phone the entire time. Commission statements are constantly wrong and you have to figure out why that is (hint: they don’t know) if you even hope to have it corrected.
