Cons

Long hours, low pay, expected to work weekends, metrics not accurate measure of performance, stubborn/prideful management, active disregard for needs of employees. Would rather deal with turnover than meet needs and concerns of current employees

Nice Place To Start Career

Lots of development here, management cares (most management), lots of happy hours, great coworkers

Cons

Pay increase between roles could be more, place generates lots of money - scale is tipping a lot more toward using profits on advancement of company than rewarding the people making it possible, long hours, job is stressful
