      Not great for a career outside of a sales role

      Pros

      The people you will work with are amazing! It's a buzzing place full of energy and pretty cool perks including, all the free soda, Gatorade or water you want, free lunch Fridays and their own coffee bar, just to name a few. I would say this is a great place to start out of college if you wanted to be in a sales role. It is also great for anyone who enjoys the fraternity vibe or likes locker room banter and a lot of cussing or joking around, but can still work hard and make their calls.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a career in Accounting, Finance, Management, Human Resources, IT, or Operations, this is would be a fun pit stop on your the way to your career. Arrive is very cool and trendy but caters to the freshly 20 something crowd and does not plan on maturing to adulthood anytime soon. Favoritism is clearly seen in all departments so be sure you are one of them so you get all the good bonuses and perks. Cool place, but has a long way to go if they plan on having any long term employees. Seems like top leadership have their heads in the sand or maybe just want to sell the business for a ton of money and move on, not sure who's best interest they really at heart. Lastly, if you cannot handle pressure or cussing and locker room talk with the guys, then don't even bother trying to work here, you will never make it.

      This ain’t it

      Pros

      If you want a bro culture environment that translates from college this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Management unclear, “work hard, play hard mentality” which is code for we’re going to work you to the ground. You’ll never be part of the inner circle, if upper management didn’t know you from the Command days you’re never going to be able to get into their inner circle
