Pros

- Fun working environment: The office is a lot of fun. Lots of music playing, people are talking, very casual and laidback culture - Casual dress: you can wear jeans which is always a plus - Room for advancement: The company is growing which is great for opportunity. If you're in the right place, at the right time, with a good work ethic you can go far. - Friendly coworkers: Everyone here is a lot of fun and really nice.

Cons

- Hours: Sales is a grind and is 50+ hours per week. Support Services roles also work a lot as compared to other companies. - Culture: While the culture can also be great, if you aren't in to a more bro-esque culture that is casual this may not be your place. But this depends on who you are. - Base pay: base pay is low for sales reps even though there is a lot of potential there for income down the line
