Pros

They give you four monitors in the Chicago office to do your job, but they are outdated, so barely a pro.

Cons

They use Gmail and Slack for support tickets, hardly organized. Too many to keep up with for one person. Carrier reps and teammates will berate you, even if you’re right, if the objective doesn’t align with their interests. Management won’t accept feedback No work-life balance Disgusting offices
