Pros

They will probably hire you.

Cons

>Compensation is terrible. Regardless of what they tell you in the interviews most people at the company are not making huge commissions and the pay at Arrive is below market value in both Austin and Chicago >Long hours. They don’t pay enough money to justify the long hours you will be expected to work. There are tons of jobs in both Austin and Chicago that pay more to work less hours. It isn’t laziness to expect work life balance and there are many other employers that understand that >Blatant Favoritism >It is not an ethical company culture.
