      Awesome people - great work space - couldn't be happier with my time there

      Cons

      The work isn't really stimulating - gets old talking to truckers who have no filter or manners...but it could be worse

      Pros

      You'll learn a fair amount about logistics, customer support/success, grit/determination, and business development. The culture is great, it's not as high strung as other entities in the Austin Area.

      Cons

      Hours can be intense, initially the pay is light until you build up a book of business

      Arrive is growing, it has amazing people and there is a huge amount of opportunity to learn and further my career.

      Cons

      This is a company that has high expectations. The workload is not to be underestimated.
