Pros

Arrive's appreciation of their employees really shows. The company invests so much into the culture of the workplace and making sure every employee's needs and ideas are heard. With over 1000 employees it always blew my mind every time upper management would take the time to reach out and personally recognize you or reach out to let you know your hard work is not going unnoticed. Despite how large Arrive has gotten in such a short amount of time, these little gestures kept me from feeling like just a number and made me proud to know I was contributing to the growth of something much larger.

Cons

No cons about Arrive as a company, but the logistics industry itself is just a tough one.

Horrible work life balance

free lunch friday, coffee shop in the office (comes out of your paycheck)

Cons

want you to work for free, won't let you put in any overtime, moves your postion around at their convenience expect you to work basically 24/7

Fun, loud, energetic enviroment with potential to grow as long as you put in the effort!

Cons

7-5 sometimes longer hours but thats just due to servicing your customers/carriers!
