Pros

Lunch on Friday and free snacks. That’s about it!

Cons

Long hours, commission structure is confusing and when you ask questions you get told one thing and never get helpful information about commission. Management micromanages. Many of the current established employees are quick to turn on you for a dollar in their pocket. Best way to describe the culture is 1000% a “frat bro” culture.

Cons

Very long hours. No work life balance. You will work through lunch very often. Management is demeaning and condescending. Core values are not represented on the floor. Stay away from this place.
