      Pros

      I have worked for a few other brokerages in Chicago and can say that Arrive Logistics is by far the best company I've worked at in my career so far. This company provides true opportunity for those who WORK HARD for not only their own success but the company's as well. Arrive is a people oriented company and it shows! I love the people I work with and can't wait to see where we're headed in the comings months/years.

      Cons

      I have a hard time thinking of one but to echo other's comments, it's definitely the grind/hours. It's not for every body! If you enjoy working hard then this usually isn't an issue.

      Little to none, can’t think of a single good thing that I got out of my experience here

      Cons

      We’ll start with the recruiters. The rude recruiters who know nothing about this job and sell you lies. 50 hours a week at $35 salary, they lie to you about making SO MUCH commission. You’re pretty much a slave. 5 month pointless training program, just so they don’t have to pay commission. It’s just a joke, stay away at all costs
