Potential to make a lot of money. No matter what level you're at you can make as much money as you want, no cap. Everyone around here is on your side and wants you to be the most successful employee. You ask anyone, and they're willing to help you out and lend a helping hand. Everyone here is very passionate and the energy is contagious. Although this job is challenging, it's still exciting and the people who work here make it worth it. Free lunch every Friday and free massages once a month in office. Great culture around the office.

Cons

Long hours and occasional weekends. Not a lot of PTO available. It takes awhile to start earning commission (about 8 months). Low base pay.

Pros

Really enjoy and appreciate my time here. It challenges me every day in the best way possible and you definitely get rewarded for your hustle. The culture is very fun and casual but people still get their work done and there is good leadership to look up to who is always willing to help. It's awesome being a part of a rapidly growing and successful company. Our extensive training program was very engaging and taught us everything we needed to know about the industry and our unique software program. There are also great health benefits and the free food/coffee is just another perk.

Cons

The parking lot is about a block away from the building but it's not a bad walk. However I think we are moving office buildings soon which will have a huge parking lot at the site.

Arrive Logistics has a fast paced work environment and the company is growing like crazy. It has been a pleasure getting to grow with this company. There is endless learning opportunity and you get out what you put in. The culture here is fun and there are great perks. Free lunch on Fridays, massages the first Tuesday of every month, casual dress, the list goes on!

Cons

This environment isn't for everyone but you get what you give. Work ethic will get you far.
