The Energy here at Arrive can not be matched. Our work environment promotes healthy competition, support, motivation, I can go on. Most importantly the managers set you up for success and has always had our best interest first!

Cons

Hours can be Long but 80 % of the time it Flys by!

Pros

Arrive has a great office culture that stresses teamwork towards a common goal. Management is extremely approachable and willing to put in the hours to make sure employees know which goals are expected and how to achieve them. Overall being such a young company that continues to impress with it's growth rate, there is limitless potential for current and future employees.

Cons

Stress is a factor in all sales positions and employees must be prepared for a past-paced work environment.

Arrive Logistics as a company cares about their employees. The C-level Executives make a solid effort to meet and interact with each of their employees and they truly care about keeping the people that work for them happy. With free lunch Friday, quarterly happy hours, a brand new and beautiful office space Arrive Logistics is constantly taking positive steps in the way of culture and community within the workplace.

Cons

Freight can be a grind, but it's definitely worth the pay off!
