Free caffeine, great upper management, a top training course to provide you with what you need to succeed as well as a great culture overall.

Cons

There are trainers who will treat you better if you do them “favors” and will treat you like garbage if you don’t.

Pros

Great place to work. Really laid back and you're going to go as far as you push yourself to go. Most of the managers are great and will do everything they can to help you as long as they see you are hungry. You can make as much money as you want. It only takes landing one big account.

Cons

Growing extremely quick which makes them a little unorganized. They're still testing the waters in a lot of areas so rules/techniques are changing often.

Pros

Arrive Logistics has provided me the unique experience of working for a thriving start-up alongside industry experts. The culture is young, laid back, and fun. The job itself is stressful, but the energy here is absolutely contagious. Arrive employees work extremely hard, but in turn, Arrive treats us like valued contributors to a growing company. I feel like I am more than just a number here. I know that each day I come to work, I am building something.

Cons

Freight brokerages are 24-hour businesses, so hours can be long. However, hard work is rewarded and I am passionate about what I do, so I don't take issue with weekend/evening work commitments.
