Unorganized, unprofessional, favoritism the list goes on… If you want to Go somewhere where you’ll be awarded for your hard work ethic look the other way!!! It’s all political and if you don’t fit their vibe you won’t succeed in any way here.

Cons

The company has started to clamp down on a lot of things causing issues in company structure, No opportunities for growth are available. Whatever schedule you come in on you are locked in on for the rest of your employment. They are quick to let you go when the market dips and rehire when it goes up.
