Pros
Arrive is a young company full of fun and driven people. There is a great sense of community and even though it is a challenging industry there is a lot of support from management.
Cons
Working at a 3PL is not for everyone. It can be very rewarding if you get pleasure from the grind but if you don't you may hate it. That is more of a reflection of the industry then Arrive but its good to know.
