- Compensation was decent - Notifications of changes to position or situation were prompt, communication was good - Easy to report work hours and time

Cons

- Forced me to be a W-2 workser simply so they can repeatedly slash my compensation - No benefits, (health, paid time off, etc.) even though I was a full time employee, benefits that were offered was horrible - No advance notice provided when laying off employees - Treated like a contractor, but listed as an employee, none of the benefits of being an employee
