Pros

Med center on campus (means mostly free healthcare), free lunch 4 days a week, company values loyalty and years of service.

Cons

Because the company favors loyalty, people get promoted just because they've been with the company for awhile, not because they're talented or have the skills necessary to do the job. Pay is ridiculously low for the area and the amount of work.

Pros

If you sell Sports Medicine, Arthrex is great and has the best products.

Cons

Arthrex has no idea how to sell Arthroplasty products and doesn't want to devote the time and effort into getting behind the sales force to make it happen. They hold reps accountable for too many product lines but only want sports sales.

Strong leadership, great product portfolio, excellent benefits, constant innovation, promotional opportunities.

Cons

Like any high growth company there will be challenges. With the increased scale of the corporation this gets more complicated. Arthrex has strong leadership and has integrated multiple business units very successfully.
