Pros

Maybe the small free onsite medical clinic? Benefits are avg so this sure helps.

Cons

Stagnant career growth, unless you can suck up to the right people. Area is expensive and the pay doesn't always match, except that Florida doesn't have state taxes. Politically charged environment. Sr Mgmt/executives seems like they just walked into this super busy environment and mostly have either given up or are playing along. No employee mentoring. No processes set up and everyone is left to figure it out on their own. Hiring process can take months for a normal position. Some other reviewer said people are in line to apply at Arthrex-- that is because there is basically the ''big company'' of the area. So no, that doesn't speak about the company, rather it shows how crappy Naples economy is.

Pros

Arthrex is a very employee friendly place to work. They offer so many benefits that other companies in the area don't. They provide lunch every day and it is very good. They provide opportunities for advancement and learning new things. Their vacation and PTO policy is better than average. I worked in IT so I was able to work on some very cutting edge technology. The work environment is one where individuals are empowered in my experience.

Cons

There are not too many cons to working at Arthrex. At times the job can have pressure added because the expectations are fairly high depending on which department you work in. This goes with any good job because it shows the importance of what you do and that people are relying on you.

Pros

Arthrex products are sold through distributorships. The distributorships are usually small locally owned businesses. The schedule is flexible. The environment is very laid back.

Cons

The distributorships do not invest money in training. The pay is extremely low. They tell you that you have the ability to make hundreds of thousands of dollars, but that is not the case at all. The management views sales reps as disposable. They do not value their employees. They do not offer a 401K and the vacation time is only one week a year.
