Went one of the best companies to work with to literally dumpster fire in few years.
While I have deepest respect for Aamir and the other SLTs, but overall my Function was mismanaged, overburdened and to be honest just downright run by a Biased Manager who was busy trying to look good rather than helping uplift his employees. Over 3 years I worked here and never felt like I was acknowledged, listened to and was constantly bullied. I gave up and quit, I could not deal with so much toxicity being treated like subhuman. Favouritism is very rampant and visible, and as a POC it was clear that their values towards being diversity inclusive is all hogwash.
Again the SLT have deepest respect and still believe but the mid level management needs a lot of work, training and coaching on how to treat their employees. I am currently seeking rigorous mental health therapy for the way I was treated and really wanted to sue the company for making my existence in the last 3 years miserable but out of respect for Aamir and some other great SLTs I chose not to.
I regret spending so much time thinking that if only I work I will grow here, nope all I got was disrespect, micro management and just being treated like I am no one and not important.
