Thanks for sharing your experience! We take pride in hiring great Particles that build our excellent culture (and products). It sounds like you feel pride representing those products, too! Better communication is an area we're focusing on improving. Going through hypergrowth is difficult and comes with a variety of challenges. We've already implemented a few top-down ideas like increasing the amount of all-hands meetings and creating more opportunities to share our vision. But we're always looking to improve, and we'll use this feedback to help facilitate that growth. -Sean
