      Can be a little bit unorganized at times. People have a lot of autonomy to do what they want. Can be good and bad.

      It's been a great place to work that cares about it's employees and compensates them fairly. There's usually room for growth if you're inclined. I appreciate the care they're putting into diversity and inclusion and feel that, although there's always room for improvement, they are trying.
