Pros
This company has the best benefits around. I won't get into it but so far no company I know can beat it. Arup is known around the world and they have a huge presence.
Cons
Too many red tape. Too many layers for advancements. Many graduate engineers are not moving up but they are cowards or shy so they won't move up. It's funny I moved up in pay and career growth once I left this company. I surpassed many of my old Arup colleague when I was below them and now I'm making more money and running projects. Arup people. Just because you work at Arup don't mean you are doing great. Many of you aren't. You low paid and many if you are just followers and glorified production engineers. Not capable of managing work. Those that move up are few.
