Being able to learn from the people that are willing to share knowledge and provide assistance. Various projects that are always coming in.

Cons

There haven't been any cons that I have noticed during my time with Arup. The company has been great to be apart of.

Benefits are great and the projects are very interesting. The culture really cultivates a community effort for greatness.

Cons

Since there are many great minds here egos sometimes get in the way. Long hours are expected and not as often compensated, which causes some work/life balance issues.
