      Pros

      Cant think of any at all.

      Cons

      Extremely bad working environment. Poor management by the project manager, team leader and directors. No training at all.No encouragement at all.The director would not sign your overtime compensation 90% of the time, which is promised in the contract.

      Pros

      This place has a fantastic work ethos, smart people, and tight knit teams committed to doing good work. They recognize that everything's a learning process, and provided that you work hard you can see the positive results of your work in front of you and you are appreciated for them. People work in small teams within a big company, really getting the best of both worlds on that front.

      Cons

      Not very many; the hours are long I suppose, but the work is cool and there is a sense of ownership to it that makes them worthwhile.

      The atmosphere is overall positive with a culture which values Technically challenging projects Drive for excellence Respect of quality performance

      Work can be very hard with a lot asked of employees. Sometimes the peaked in busyness and stress can run into each other with no down time, or not enough time to recover
