      Big international multi-disciplinary company, access to various specilaist engineering resources, relaxed working environment, fairly young & driven workforce. Opportunities to work on range of projects local & international.

      Cons

      Avoid cliques, new comers expected to follow rank. Focus on new comers needs & settling in, too varied. Although project driven work, too much early independence to get going - somewhat lacking leadership on systems & procedure introduction.
