Your experience at Arup and your opportunities will vary depending on location and specific group. Be clear what you want and be flexible to move group or office. Really chase opportunities. There is a disproportionate gap in pay between lower grades and senior management due to the profit share arrangements with a massive jump in annual profit share contribution beyond senior engineer.
