      Really interesting and challenging projects which are often world reknowned. Great staff with a smart and innovative outlook. Good place to learn and develop.

      Cons

      Generally pay is low compared to the rest of the industry. They need to have more transparency with pay especially with respect to the gender pay gap. Pay in london is particularly low.

      Very relaxed environment. Everyone is very friendly. People want to do good work.

      Leadership is almost too agreeable. They let problems fester instead of addressing the problems. Real change doesn't happen very quickly.
