      Arup is a company with 12 000 employees worldwide and great international experience this means international opportunities for its employees. There are opportunities in growing the management consulting business.

      Cons

      As management consulting is not itsoriginal core business most of the corporate processes and systems are not designed to support this bsuiness line but the very different enrineering and design practice.

      You work on the very biggest and best projects in the world. London office offers great west end location in the heart of the city. Arup has offices across the world and is keen to re-locate you when opportunities arrive, you have the choice of offices in some of the worlds premium cities. You are working with the best in the business when you get up the grades within Arup, some incredible knowledge; the kind of people that influence industry's.

      Cons

      Lots of people fighting for very few promotion's which only come around once a year. Other than that its a pretty great place to work.
