Pros
Cross disciplinary collaboration between multiple engineering disciplines, open office design, easy access to many consultants, plethora of resources and knowledge across US and internationally, good project experiences, easy to connect with and participate in several outside of work activities for community
Cons
Highly dependent on team but some teams can be quite toxic and some managers aren’t the best at managing you although they may be most technically gifted, culture of some public shaming allowed for younger engineers, few office perks
