Pros

Arup is a great place to work with good relationship between staff, with good cooperation between different offices. It is a technically very good company to work for.

Cons

It is getting a little more bureaucratic and top heavy in recent years but is much better than other similar sized firms. The pay could be better for the work that we do, we don't just push paper around, we do good work and get stuff done.

Relative to other US companies, they have an incredible work culture with a lot of access to knowledge from various fields. For a company that is so large, they are very well connected. Great 401(k) match (100% up to 10%) and higher than average PTO (20 days)

Cons

Rocky past two years with layoffs and little to not profit share
