Excellent domain knowledge in Civil Engineering, a lot of freedom, value of employees, no hierarchy so your views are valued whatever your position, great people around you.

Cons

Not sure what they're doing with their Digital Transformation, doesn't necessarily recognise skills in Software Engineering as their own discipline, expects everyone to have 'digital' skills but doesn't know what that includes

Good people to work with and flexible working opportunities

Cons

HR will fire you for working from home, even though they have never worked with you on a project or seen the quality of your work. They assume you are doing poorly just because their spies in the office have reported you as not being there xD horrific dark ages HR. A company trying to move into digital era but lagging massively behind because of old folks like that still running the company. Shame.
