Bloated company with dead wood - still need to make some drastic cuts. A feeling of superiority that it’s the best engineering company in the world

Large company, good profit share framework, easy to transfer, wide variety of projects

Cons

Difficult to leave large government projects. Training for new engineers is highly dependent on team lead and project assignments.
