I worked in the Tustin office. My coworkers were friendly and fun to be around. The equipment in-house is is great and I worked shoulder-to-shoulder with technicians building and testing prototypes so progress on projects was fast. Solid place to be if you have <3 years of experience.
Cons
Pay is on the low side in the industry. Every couple of months someone is leaving for another opportunity. There is very little upward mobility in the company. This is my speculation, but since the company was founded in Japan, I think you only have a real chance of becoming senior if you are a Japanese national or if you're being hired externally with 15+ years of experience.
