After their IPO and hyper growth stages - they lost a ton of what made them great. The corporate machine swallowed them up.

- Still a very good culture - Engineering/Product team is pretty strong

Cons

- Not very AI-forward in its internal operations - New executive leadership is untested - Very high employee attrition right now, due to a changing of the guard and depressed stock price -- but that also comes with opportunities for leadership
