Initial comp packages are good but don't expect good refreshes, even if you exceed expectations Very little chance to reach staff+ unless you come in at the area tech lead level Pretty political atmosphere with lots of team competition for resources

- Not a lot of challenging problems. The scale isn't huge so you won't be pushing the envelope on anything. As a result, it's hard to progress - Business is not doing well. Perks are being cut left and right and raises have gotten worse every year. - Tons of micromanaging. Area leads have their hands in every little project decision. They love leaving feedback to look like they know what is going on (they don't)
