Pros

Base pay is good, great perks, benefits are AMAZING. Very team oriented and collaborative. Truly the best and most kind hearted people I've ever worked with. Families are huge here and work flexibility is unlike anything I've seen. Parental leave is great. I actually list the 3 days per week in office as a pro, because everyone is in on the same days and you can plan your personal week well in advance. And the food and onsite gym are great.

Cons

Since the Salesforce folks came in, culture has changed dramatically. You have to CYA constantly and when things go wrong there has started to be a culture of blaming, and there's a huge emphasis on sales succeeding and we've thrown money at them for years now, with no deliverables. We also used to have a culture where it was common to change roles every couple of years, and Asana wanted to keep the good people around. But since the layoffs 2 years ago that has shifted and purse strings are very tight, meaning they don't support lateral moves anymore so career variety is not as good as it used to be.

Pros

Asana takes care of it's employees in many ways, from competitive compensation to incredible in-office perks (food, gym, bike storage, and a wonderful office space). My manager and colleagues make up a supportive and collaborative team, which helps to drive all of our work forward. I feel lucky to work here!

Pros

1. Inclusive culture 2. Competitive pay 3. Balanced work life 4. Mentorship 5. Career growth

Cons

for me personally there was a steep learning curve because I not only had to get up to speed with the codebase, but also the product itself since Asana uses it's own product.
